I've been pairing this onion sumac jam with my musakhan rolls at all my Table for Seven dinners, and what.a.combo.
Although it's not traditional, it's delicious and adds a bit of sweetness to the rolls.
You can add some on top of the roll or with every bite. It's highly recommended.
